STAYING SAFE WITH CORONAVIRUS
We are delighted to be welcoming you back to the café.
The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority, and so we have been working hard to ensure you have a safe and relaxing visit.
Contact tracing – In line with Government advice we will be asking for the contact details of one member from each party eating at the cafe. This information is kept only for use in the Track and Trace system.
Social distancing – We have opened up the garden with new under cover seating, with views of the lake. We have also reduced the number of tables in the café to allow 2 meter distancing, and we have created partitions on the veranda.
Booking – Although booking in advance is not required we have reduced the number of tables to help with social distancing. To guarantee a space you can reserve a table by phoning us on 01285 711606.
Games menu – To entertain adults and kids alike we have introduced games that can be played at the table and cleaned after each use. Choose from classics such as snakes and ladders or hoopla.
Food menu – Our menu will be changing slightly to help us be more efficient, but while some items are temporarily being removed from the menu we are also adding some exciting new items – like our new ice cream sundaes and Pippin doughnuts! For everyone’s safety our serving staff will be wearing masks and undertaking extra cleaning of all frequent touch points. We have thoroughly reviewed our hygiene processes in light of the current situation. Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance for customer use.
